Passion Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients

½ cup (tea) of passion fruit concentrate
1 cup (tea) of Lactose Free SupraSoy (156 grams)
1 cup (tea) of sugar

Preparation

Put in the blender the concentrate, the SupraSoy, the sugar and 1 cup (tea) of cold water. Blend until you get a homogenous mixture.
Spill in an ice cooler and take it to the freezer for around 2 hours.
Take it from the freezer, leave it a normal temperature for around 10 minutes, take it from the cooler and serve it immediately.
