Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
4 eggs (egg whites and yolks separated)
2 cups (tea) of sugar
½ cup (tea) of Lactose Free SupraSoy (78g)
5 spoons (soup) of melted margarine
2,5 cups (tea) of wheat flour
4 spoons (soup) of cocoa in powder
1 spoon (soup) of ferment in powder
Preparation
Mix the egg whites until they get white and, without stop the blender, add slowly the yolks and the sugar.
Dissolve the SupraSoy in 1 cup (tea) of water, reduce to the minimum the velocity of the mixer and add milk very slowly, alternating with the flour, the cocoa and, at last, the ferment.
Grease a baking pan with a hole in the center (22 cm of diameter) with margarine and sprinkle flour and spill in it the dough.
Bake it in pre-heated oven (medium temperature) for around 35 minutes. When it gets a little bit cooler, take it from the baking pan and serve it with teas and juices or as a snack.
Result
8 to 10 portions.
