Lactose Free Brigadeiro
Ingredients
½ cup (tea) of Lactose Free SupraSoy (78 grams)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 spoon (soup) of cocoa in powder
1 spoon (soup) of corn glucose
200 grams of granulated chocolate
Preparation
Put half cup of water in the blender, add the SupraSoy, the sugar, the cocoa and the corn glucose. Blend until you get a homogenous mixture.
Pass it to a pan and take it to low fire, mixing continually for 8 to 10 minutes or until the dough begins to unbind.
Pass it to a plate greased with corn oil and let it cool completely.
Take small portions and, with a tea spoon, make little balls and pass them on the granulated chocolate.
Then place the sweets in paper wrappings for decoration and serve.
